At the Endoscopy Unit, we ensure that all our equipment are properly sterilized before each use. Photographs of any problem identified may be taken and added to your report, for clarity, at your request.

Patients are advised to come with their hospital card and their health insurance card.
Patients with private insurance must also come along with their card.
Patients should first visit the OPD (Adults OPD for adult and Kids OPD for kids) to be given service. Doctors cannot consult without you first visiting the Medical Records to be given service.
Any additional health bills (service and drugs) that are not covered under an insurance should be paid at the mini banks provided around the hospital with a receipt in return. Under no circumstances should payment be made to a health staff.
